Arrive On Time
Please arrive around 5 minutes before class to settle into the space.
If this is your first class with me, I kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can chat through any health or well-being updates that may support your practice.

No Shoes in the Studio
To help keep the space clean, calm and comfortable for everyone, please leave shoes outside the studio.

Get Unplugged
Please switch off phones and devices to support presence and stillness for yourself and others as you settle in.
You’re very welcome to take photos of the room or displays before or after class, but please be mindful that fellow students may not wish to be included — always ask for permission first.

Embracing the Quiet
Once you arrive on your mat, please keep conversation minimal or quiet. This allows everyone the space they may need to arrive, ground and settle inward.

Sleep Purrs & Puffs
Yoga comes with its quirks — the occasional sleep purr (snoring) or a gentle puff (wind releasing). These moments are completely natural. No need for embarrassment — just breathe, smile, and know you’re held in a supportive space.

Stay Until the End of Class
Where possible, please stay until the end of the practice.
If you do need to leave early, kindly let me know beforehand and, if possible, exit before Savasana to minimise disturbance.

Keep the Space Clean & Tidy
Please return props neatly after class and help care for the space so it remains welcoming for all.

Be Kind
Be kind — to yourself, your fellow students, your teacher and the space around you.

With gratitude & light,
Jules xx
