Cancellation & Booking Policies

At Warrior Jules, I aim to hold a welcoming, respectful space for everyone. These policies are in place to support fairness for all students and to honour the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each class, event, and offering.

I kindly ask that you read these carefully before booking and reach out as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Early communication is always appreciated and helps keep the community flowing smoothly.

Single Class Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice
    You may request either:

    • A refund, minus a 10% administrative fee and any booking fees (if applicable), or

    • A transfer to another class (subject to availability).

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice
    Refunds or transfers cannot be offered.

5-Class Pass Cancellations

More than 24 hours’ notice
Your class may be transferred to another available session, including Restful Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga at Sutterton, or From Chaos to Calm, subject to availability.

Less than 24 hours’ notice
The class will be counted as used and no refund or transfer can be offered.

Pass validity

  • Valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable

  • Classes must be used within the 8-week validity period

  • Please ensure you are able to attend all 5 classes within this timeframe before purchasing

  • A limited number of 5-Class Passes are available per class

6-Class Block Cancellations

Individual classes within a block
As this is a pre-booked course, missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.

More than 24 hours’ notice before the block start date
You may request:

  • A refund, minus a 10% administrative fee and any booking fees (if applicable), or

  • A transfer to another class or future block (subject to availability)

Less than 24 hours’ notice before the block start date
Refunds or transfers cannot be offered.

Please note

  • A limited number of 6-Class Blocks are available for From Chaos to Calm

  • Your space is reserved specifically for you once booked.

Workshops, Special Events & Courses

  • More than 72 hours’ notice
    You may request:

    • A refund, minus a 10% administrative fee and any booking fees (if applicable), or

    • A transfer to another suitable session (subject to availability).

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice
    Refunds or transfers cannot be offered.

Private Tuition Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours’ notice
    Refund available minus a 10% administrative fee and any booking fees (if applicable), or session transfer.

  • Between 12 and 72 hours’ notice
    Refund available minus a 25% administrative fee and any booking fees (if applicable), or session transfer.

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice
    The session will be considered used and is non-refundable.

Additional Considerations

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If something unexpected arises, please don’t hesitate to contact me — I will always aim to meet you with kindness and openness where possible.

Depending on circumstances, options may include:

  • Transferring your booking to a friend or family member (where appropriate)

  • Deferring your booking to another class or session

  • If I am able to fill your place, I may offer a refund minus the applicable administrative and booking fees

Important Notes (UK Consumer Rights)

  • In line with UK law, if you book online or at a distance, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, unless the class, course, or event takes place within that time and you have agreed for the service to begin.

  • If I need to cancel a class, event, or session, you will be offered a full refund or transfer.
