CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation for Single Classes:

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: You may request a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee plus any booking fees (if applicable), or transfer to another class.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Refunds will not be provided.

Cancellation for 5-Classes:

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Class can be transferred to Restful Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga at Sutterton or Flow & Glow if spaces are available.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Refunds will not be provided.

  • Pass validity: 8 weeks from purchase date.

  • Non-transferable & non-refundable.

  • Please ensure you can commit to 5 classes within this time frame.

  • Please note that there are a limited number of 5-class passes available per class.

Cancellation for 4-Class Block:

  • Single class within the 4-Class Block: no refunds or class transfers will be provided.

  • 4-Classes Block More than 24 hours’ notice: You may request a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee plus any booking fees (if applicable), or transfer to another class.

  • 4-Classes Block Less than 24 hours’ notice from the start date of the block: Refunds will not be provided.

  • Please note that there are a limited number of 4 Class Blocks available per Flow & Glow Yoga class

Cancellation for Workshops, Special Events, or Courses:

  • More than 72 hours’ notice: You may request a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee plus any booking fees (if applicable), or transfer to another session.

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice: Refunds will not be provided.

Cancellations for Private Tuition:

  • More than 72 hours’ notice: You may request a refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee plus any booking fees (if applicable), or transfer to another session.

  • Between 12 and 72 hours’ notice: You may request a refund, subject to a 25% administrative fee plus any booking fees (if applicable), or transfer to another session.

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice: Refunds will not be provided, and the session will be considered used.

    Additional Considerations

    I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so please feel free to contact me if you need to discuss your booking. Options may include:

    • Transferring your booking to a friend or family member.

    • Deferring the booking to another class or session.

    • If I am able to fill your spot, I will refund your payment minus the administrative fee and booking fees (if applicable).

    These policies help ensure fairness for all participants while maintaining the sustainability of the classes and services offered.
