The 5-Class Pass is a beautiful way to commit to your wellbeing while keeping flexibility within your practice. Designed to support real-life rhythms, this pass invites you to move, rest and reconnect in a way that feels nourishing and sustainable.
Enjoy 5 yoga classes for £35, saving £7.50 compared to Pay-As-You-Go — a gentle investment in yourself and your practice.
How You Can Use Your 5-Class Pass
Your pass may be used in two ways, depending on how much structure or freedom you’d like:
1. Regular Class Option
Choose a consistent weekly class to support routine and continuity, such as:
· Restful Yoga
· Gentle Yoga
· Yoga at Sutterton
2. Freedom Pass Option
For those who prefer flexibility, the Freedom Pass allows you to attend any of my current 60-minute or 45-minute classes, subject to availability.
Current eligible classes include:
· 60-minute classes: Restful Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga at Sutterton
· 45-minute classes: Flow & Glow Yoga
· Coming soon: Morning Rise Yoga Flow

To ensure each class remains supportive and spacious, numbers are limited:
· Restful Yoga: Currently full. Should space open, this will be gently updated.
· Gentle Yoga: 1 space available
· Yoga at Sutterton: A few spaces available
· Freedom Pass: A couple of spaces available
Please note: (Freedom Pass) while I always do my best to accommodate your preferred class, a space cannot be guaranteed in every session. You may occasionally be invited to join a waiting list or choose an alternative class.
Booking Your Classes
Once your pass is purchased, you’ll receive a personalised booking code allowing you to book your classes online with ease.
If you prefer, I’m also very happy to book you directly into your chosen classes for a more personal touch.

· Pass validity: 8 weeks from the date of purchase
· Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable
· Please ensure you’re able to attend all 5 classes within this time frame
· A limited number of 5-Class Passes are available per class

4-Class Blocks: A Steady Practice Rooted in Tapas (तपस्)
The 4-Class Blocks are for those who feel called towards a deeper, more intentional commitment. These blocks honour the yogic principle of Tapas — showing up with warmth, discipline and devotion to your path.
Classes are offered in 4-week blocks with set dates, creating space for continuity, progression and connection. While the dates are fixed, they are not unchangeable at present, and I always encourage open communication.
Each block carries a nourishing theme, allowing your practice to gently unfold week by week.
