Class Theme & Focus
Class Themes with Warrior Jules
My yoga classes are guided by the rhythm of the seasons, the wisdom of the chakras, and the subtle energies that shape our inner and outer worlds. Each month carries a gentle theme, inviting you to explore your practice not just through movement, but through awareness, reflection, and connection to self.
Whether you come to class to rest, to strengthen, or simply to breathe, these themes offer a thread to return to — on and off the mat.

Each month is woven together with a rotating weekly style, offering variety while staying rooted in the monthly theme.
Week 1 – Hatha
A steady, grounding practice focused on alignment, breath, and mindful movement. Postures are held with awareness, allowing time to build strength, stability, and a deeper connection to the body.
Week 2 – Tantra
A subtle, energy-aware practice that invites you to explore breath, sensation, and intention. These classes are meditative and empowering, encouraging a deeper connection to prana (life force) and inner awareness.
Week 3 – Yin or Restorative
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice where postures are held for several minutes to gently target the deeper connective tissues. Yin invites stillness, patience, and awareness, supporting flexibility, emotional balance, and inner calm.
Restorative Yoga
A deeply restful practice using props to fully support the body in each pose. With little to no effort required, restorative yoga calms the nervous system, replenishes energy, and offers profound rest and relaxation.
Week 4 – Vinyasa
A flowing, breath-led practice where movement and awareness unite. These classes explore transitions, rhythm, and presence, offering space to move with intention and ease.
Week 5 – Special Classes
When the month allows, Week 5 offers something a little different. These classes may be inspired by the time of day, the season, or a heartfelt theme, and often include a special focus or offering from the heart. Keep an eye out for updates.

January – Root Chakra (Mūlādhāra)
Finding Your Foundation
January is a time to return to the basics — to slow down, ground, and reconnect with what supports us. With the focus on the Root Chakra, this month invites you to explore stability, safety, and a sense of belonging within your body and breath.
Practices are steady and nourishing, helping you feel supported from the ground up. Through mindful movement, grounding postures, and moments of stillness, we cultivate trust in ourselves and create a strong foundation from which the rest of the year can unfold.
This month reminds us that when we feel rooted, we can move forward with calm confidence and ease.
-
February – Sacral Chakra (Svādhiṣṭhāna)
Embrace the Flow of Life
February invites us to soften, open, and reconnect with the natural flow within. With the focus on the Sacral Chakra, this month explores fluidity, creativity, emotional awareness, and connection — both to ourselves and to others.
Practices encourage easeful movement, gentle exploration of the hips, and a curious relationship with sensation and breath. Rather than forcing or fixing, we learn to listen, adapt, and move with what is present.
This month is an invitation to embrace change with grace, to honour pleasure and joy, and to trust the rhythms of life as they unfold.

March – Solar Plexus Chakra (Maṇipūra)
Radiate Confidence
As spring begins to awaken, March calls us to step into our inner strength. With the focus on the Solar Plexus Chakra, this month is about cultivating confidence, clarity, and personal power from within.
Practices build gentle heat and resilience, supporting strong posture, mindful effort, and purposeful breath. Alongside movement, we explore self-belief and the courage to take up space — not through force, but through grounded presence.
This month encourages you to shine from the inside out, moving forward with intention, self-trust, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Block 1 – Steady
Root Chakra • Winter Energy
(Flow & Glow Yoga)This opening block invites us to slow down, ground, and find steadiness — a perfect offering for the heart of winter.
Through steady movement and conscious breath, we explore stability in the body and calm resilience in the mind. Postures are approached with intention, helping you feel supported, centred, and rooted. This block encourages you to build a strong foundation, cultivating trust in yourself and your practice.
Steady reminds us that strength doesn’t need to rush — it grows quietly, breath by breath.
Opening intention:
“Move with steadiness, breath by breath.”Weeks commencing: 12th, 19th, 26th January & 2nd February 2026
-
Sacral Chakra • Late Winter
(Flow & Glow Yoga)As winter begins to soften, this block invites you to nourish rather than strive.
Movement becomes more fluid and intuitive, encouraging creativity, softness, and self-care. You’re invited to listen inwardly, replenish energy, and allow your practice to feel nourishing, spacious, and kind.
Nourish is an invitation to move from compassion — feeding body, breath, and soul.
Opening intention:
“Let this practice nourish you deeply.”Weeks commencing: 9th, 16th, 23rd February & 2nd March 2026

All Chakras • Spring
(Flow & Glow Yoga & Morning Rise Yoga Flow)As spring arrives, we welcome the energy of fresh beginnings and renewal.
This is also where I’m delighted to introduce the Morning Rise Yoga Flow — a gentle yet uplifting class designed to awaken the body and set a supportive tone for the day ahead.
Both Flow & Glow Yoga and Morning Rise Yoga Flow gently awaken the body and breath, supporting expansion, clarity, and a sense of possibility. Movement becomes lighter and more expressive, inviting growth across all chakras and encouraging you to step forward with renewed confidence and vitality.
Renew offers space to release what no longer serves and embrace what is ready to bloom — on the mat and beyond.
Opening intention:
“Welcome renewal with each inhale.”Weeks commencing: 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th March 2026
