Directions
The Zen Space studio is located next door to the Constitutional Club entrance.
You’ll find us through the blue door with “The Zen Space” sign displayed clearly on it.
The Zen Space is a calm, welcoming studio in the heart of Spalding — a place to soften, breathe, and return to yourself through mindful movement and rest.
When You Arrive
To enter, please use the blue door with “The Zen Space” sign.
You’ll need to enter the access code into the key lock — this code is included in your booking and reminder emails.
For security reasons, the gate must be closed after entry.
Please keep the access code safe and kindly do not share it — thank you for helping to care for this special space.
Once inside, follow the path down to the studio.
Shoes can be placed in the cubby holes on the left
Coats and belongings can be hung on the hooks on the right
If there is a class finishing before ours, I kindly ask that you move quietly and mindfully, allowing them to complete their practice with ease. You’re welcome to wait in the kitchen area to the left until the space is ready.
At the End of Class
As we come to the close of our practice, I invite you to take a few quiet moments to ground, breathe, and gently return to the world around you.
With care and kindness, I’d really appreciate your help in returning props and rolling your mat away.
At times, we may need to exit the building fairly promptly due to close scheduling with the following class.
Thank you for sharing the space and practice with me — it’s always a joy to welcome you onto the mat.
