About Warrior Jules

About Jules,

I have come from a sporting background being a former Rugby coach, referee, former club & regional Rugby Union Player. I found my way into yoga to support my body from injuries & a illness of Atypical Facial Pain. Yoga quickly became more for me & developed into a way of life.
After years of personal yoga practice, I took the decision to take a sabbatical from my job & travel to Bali in 2018 to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training in the Tantric Hatha tradition with Everett Newell & Katherine Girling at Zuna Yoga. This was an amazing experience allowing me to deepen my knowledge with their guidance. This was truly a wonderful opportunity, and I will always be grateful of the space and time I had there to grow. I personally found my mind, body and soul had time to heal from my time there together with the onward solo travelling.
After my yoga training in Bali, I had a fabulous chance to take some extra time away, I continued with some solo travelling, by exploring some of the Indonesia islands & Hawaii islands, plus a few more countries before making my way back to the UK.
I have furthered my studies in various yoga disciplines under the guidance of Senior Yoga Teacher Ivana Tara Prekopova and Swami Atma Gyanam Saraswati, including Yoga Nidra. Additionally, I have completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga course with Arhanta Yoga Ashram and a 30-hour Chair Yoga program with Inspire Movement Coaching..
In 2022 I had the opportunity to leave my corporate job & make the move from Norfolk to Lincolnshire to allow me to follow my passion and to share my yoga with you.
Beyond my Yoga. I have a love of dogs & share 4 dogs with my parents. I can also be found pet sitting for other furry pets.  I’m bit of amateur photographer & I can often be found out in nature snapping away with my camera. I love to bake, so you may get to see the odd foodie recipes appearing on my social media pages or website. I’m a little bit creative & I will share my macrame, drawing or jewellery making with you all.
I look forward to sharing my yoga and beyond with you.
Warmest wishes
Jules XX
