Monthly Themes

❤️ July: Root to Rise
In the warmth and activity of summer, it’s easy to feel swept off our feet. This month invites us to return to the Root (Mūlādhāra) Chakra — reconnecting to the earth beneath us. Through steady movement and grounding breath, we anchor ourselves so we can rise with clarity, energy, and intention.

🧡August: Practice Self-Care
Let August be a soft exhale. A gentle pause in the height of summer to return to yourself. In this month’s practice, we explore the nurturing energy of the Sacral (Svādhiṣṭhāna) Chakra — inviting fluidity, creativity, and deep self-care. Together, we remember that tending to ourselves is not selfish — it’s sacred.

💛 September: Embrace Change
With the seasons beginning to turn, we honour the natural rhythm of change. Our focus this month is the Solar Plexus (Maṇipūra) Chakra — the centre of willpower, confidence, and resilience. Through our practice, we find balance in movement and stillness, welcoming transition with trust and strength.
