Yin and More
Time ~ Tuesday Evening 7:45pm - 8:45pm
Suitable for all levels including beginners
Allow your mind & body to settle with Gentle supported Yin yoga flow practice followed by relaxation (Savasana, Meditation or Yoga Nidra).
In April we will be exploring Letting Go To Grow.
In May we will be exploring Finding Focus

Term Time Yoga
Time ~ Thursday Evenings ~ 6pm - 7pm
Suitable for all levels including beginners
6 Week Block of Yoga Classes
This gentle practice with some yoga flows with the energetic life force within (Prana) and some Pranayama practices (breath) these will support you to find space in your asana (yoga pose) we will transition through to end with Savasana or Meditation.
This 6 week term we will be exploring Letting Go To Grow in April and in May we will be exploring Finding Focus.

Rest and Restore
1st Friday of the Monthly
Next Classes ~ Friday 3rd May (Dates for your dairy, 1st June, 5th July & please note there is no class in August)
Time ~ 6:30 - 7:45pm
Suitable for all levels including beginners
Restorative Class with a gentle supported Hatha flow, moving into restorative yoga poses. To end the class with either a longer Savasana, meditation or Yoga Nidra (Yogi Sleep)
In May we will be exploring Finding Focus.
