Monthly Themes

šŸ’š October: Appreciate Yourself
This month, we turn inward with compassion and celebrate who we already are. Through gentle heart-opening practices, we work with the Heart (Anāhata) Chakra šŸ’š — the centre of love, kindness, and acceptance.
Where can you soften toward yourself? What small act of appreciation can you offer to your own beautiful heart?

šŸ’™ November: Give Thanks
Gratitude is a practice, and this month, we give it a voice. As we explore the Throat (Viśuddha) Chakra šŸ’™, we reflect on how to express thanks — to ourselves, to others, to life.
Through mindful movement and breath, we create space to speak from the heart and to honour the gifts we often overlook.
